These Terms of Use apply to the Onyxian website, its website APIs, and the download links provided here. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
The website presents Onyxian, a desktop application for Roblox. Any license or additional terms supplied with a particular desktop release apply to that release. These website terms do not give you permission to access, modify, or use anyone else’s systems or content.
Using the website
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the minimum age requirements of any third-party service you choose to use. If you are a minor, use the services with the permission required from your parent or guardian.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and activity when using the website. Information about the current release may change as the product and supported platforms change.

The email-reading endpoint may be used only for mail you are authorized to access. Availability of a technical feature does not provide that authorization.
Downloads and releases
The official download linked by this website is the Onyxian bootloader. Release notes and supported-build information are available on the release status page.
We may update, replace, or discontinue downloads and website features. Compatibility with a particular platform or version can change, and we do not promise continued compatibility or uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of platforms you use.
Content and ownership
The Onyxian name, logo, and original website material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, software, fonts, and other material remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licenses.
You may link to the website and use material where the applicable license or law permits. These terms do not grant a general right to redistribute the Onyxian application or claim ownership of the project.
Third-party services
Links and integrations may involve Discord, Google, hosting providers, file-delivery services, and Roblox. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Onyxian does not control their availability, content, or decisions about your account.
Our Privacy Policy explains the website’s current data handling, including its email-reading API and links to external services. References to third-party products identify those products and do not imply sponsorship.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its information are provided as available, without a promise that they will always be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse.
To the extent permitted by law, Onyxian is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, misuse of its features, or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
